Description: I am going to sell this as used because I do not have any of the packaging and I am unsure if it ever had fluid in it. Doesn't seem like it. I will say that it shows no signs of wear or use really. It is very nice. As far as I can tell this is the chrome USA made version. I am not an expert though, so you may spot something I have not.
