Description: This is a rare October 10th, 1946 program (playbill) from the three-night, National Tour engagement of the SIGMUND ROMBERG and DOROTHY DONNELLY musical play "BLOSSOM TIME" at the Bushnell Memorial Theatre in Hartford, Connecticut. (The Original Broadway production opened September 29th, 1921 at New York's Ambassador Theatre and ran for 516 performances.) ..... Using the melodies of FRANZ SCHUBERT, the musical starred EARL COVERT as "Franz Schubert", ZELLA RUSSELL as "Mrs. Kranz", ANTHONY BLAIR as "Christian Kranz" and VICTORIA SHERRY as "Mitzi Kranz". The cast also included JAMES FRANCIS, EDWARD M. EDWARDS, FLORENCE BARR, JOE TONER, EDITH HERLICK, ARTHUR BELL, MARILYNN FRECHETTE, ROSALIE LYNN, JIM ELMORE, CLYDE HARTLEY, DENNIS CARROLL, LOUISE HELF, FRANCINE BARTON, HARRY K.
