All Items are washed and cleaned before shipping; some items may have patina which are left for the buyer to choose their preferred cleaning process. Any imperfections I find I will disclose them as accurately as I can and point them out in picture. All items are packaged very carefully to ensure they reach their destination safely. Shipping will be placed on hold if my store is closed and will resume at the specified date of opening. My Preferred carrier is Fed-Ex on large items but will ship UPS or USPS based on weight and size and insurance. Any damages that may occur from the carrier will require the buyer to return:the damaged item(s)the box it was shipped in along with the packing material, and the shipping label, this is the request from the postal service for handling claims. upon your request I will send you a copy of the shipping receipt. All items are used unless otherwise noted. Returns are acceptable if the item(s) is not as described in the listing within 30 days of delivery. Buyers will be responsible for shipping charges back to seller. Notification of dissatisfaction must be communicated with seller within 14 days of delivery date for full refund. If there are findings of misrepresentation prior to shipping I will contact buyer for their approval to continue with shipping or cancel the order at the buyers request and refund money.
