Grandmaster Wing Lam was born in Canton and began his training in Chinese martial arts in Hong Kong at the age of eight. Grandmaster Wing Lam has been a major force in establishing the legitimacy of Kung Fu in the US. He immigrated to the United States in 1965 and opened his San Francisco school in 1967. He opened a second school in Sunnyvale 6 years later and he has been teaching there since. Grandmaster Wing Lam has been featured in numerous articles in martial arts magazines such as Inside Kung Fu and Black Belt; he has taught and led seminars across the US and in Europe. Grandmaster Wing Lam also has produced complete sets of instructional videos of Hung Gar, Shaolin and Tai Chi Chuan. In addition, he has written one of the most talked about Hung Gar book in the US. Grandmaster Wing Lam is also a renowned maker of custom Chinese weapons. 01. Yang Tai Chi Chuan Part 1 Tai Chi Chuan (Part One) teaches you the essential building blocks for a strong foundation in Tai Chi.
