All our plants come with a live arrival guarantee! We grow our plants outside on the the big island of Hawaii. With the lush jungle comes many pests and while we do spray regularly we cannot guarantee a 100% pest free plant. However each plant is inspected by us for pests prior to shipping. No returns. If there are any issues please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Shipping may cause damage to the plant, including but not limited to broken, browning, withered, and dead leaves. If you live in a cold zone or expect the package to travel through cold areas please request a heat pack. We provide them for $4 in our store. We cannot be held liable for damage/death due to freezing/cold/hot temperatures. We only ship to the United States. Excluding US territories.
