Description: Vintage WWII US Army Air Corps Runway Obstruction Light - new old stock. Light denoted hills, trees, antennas, or any other obstruction at the end of the runway that might be a problem for night take-off or landing. It is about 6.5" tall and 5" across, with a metal body and red lens. It still has bulb and reflector in it and has about 3' of cord. It comes with red lens (pictured) and blacked out 'air raid' lens which is interchangeable. They came from large air-droppable crates. Please see the photos.
