No name or tag in this one but could possibly be ID'd from it's unique ribbon rack. The Navy DSM was rarely awarded and in Pre WWII it actually was higher than the Navy Cross . There are some condition issues that I photographer's. Scattered mothing. And it is void of buttons but are punched for buttons so would be easy replacements woth no sewing required
