Markings inside are "36D" Jacket Size, Also "S-8243" My father's Last name initials 'S' and his last 4 digits of his serial # '8243'. My father was a TEC5 in the 4th Signal Co, 4th Infantry Div. Served in Europe from 1944 (Battle of the Bulge) to 1946 (Berlin Occupation).
