Description: Original WW2 Aircraft Starter Cartridge Box Condition: Excellent, with no major damage and some wear from age/use. This is limited to loss of most of the label, scratches, a few minor dents, and the word feathers written on the back. It measures 6" long x 4 1/4" tall x 4 7/8" wide. This tin would have held 20 aircraft starter cartridges, which were used to quickly start the engine on an aircraft, and dates to WW2. I've included a picture at the end of a different tin, not included, to show what the label would have looked like if fully present. These original tins are very difficult to find, and make for neat aviation display/collection items, so don't miss out on this one!!
