This fantastic marble is an unidentified type from a limited range of swirls produced in America, by one of the great 'West Virginia Swirls' companies: 'Sammy's Mountain Marbles', Jabo or D.A.S. These makers made many stimulating patterns and colour combinations for collectors. The manufacturing process gives each marble a unique and complex pattern of hues and folds; often showing elegant swirls and flame tail designs, and dramatic loops. They can earthy, organic, and even metallic; or bright, fruity and zingy; and have wonderful elemental characters. We really love these marbles for their collectible variety and absolutely beautiful colour combinations, from very subtle, moody, tertiary examples; earthy, slaty, oaty and warm mixes; to zingy neons, purples, teals and and citrus hues. Each one is fantastic and so unique. They look great displayed alone or as a group. Some even have additional sparkling elements of green or orange aventurine, or metallic flakes from gold to bronze hues.Size: The size of the marble is given in fractions and millimetres, please see title.
