It has a ruffled top ribbon sleeve that can be worn on or off the shoulders. It is a sweetheart neckline with a full ballgown style skirt and ruffles on the bottom hem and backside of the dress. This is a princess gown for sure! It feels to be acetate and is unlined. Held back for photos. Major flaw: The curled wiring is coming loose near the bottom hem and on the inside of the dress, please see photos. There is a stain in the front on the skirt I have not treated.
