I base estimations of condition on strict adherence to definitions & grading scale criteria as detailed in Overstreet’s Comic Book Price Guide. The overall look of this book is much better than Good. Cover has great color and reflectivity with some creases. There is a small~1/4" x 1/4" piece missing from top right corner. Spine has light to moderate wear with a number of small color-breaking stress lines across and along it. Cover is well attached. Centerfold is detached from both staples. Corners are light to moderately blunted. Pages are off-white to beige with tanning at edges. The small missing piece and completely detached centerfold keep this book from higher grade estimate.
