Description: Factory Original used Motorola 79MS AM radio Town And Country for a 1957 Ford Thunderbird. I have had this Radio in my shop for a long time. I have always kept it for a spare in case the one in my TBird quit working.... it's time to clean out a few things in my shop though... Radio is in tested used working condition. I will try and uploada video to the listing showing it working later. The on off button works. The Town And Country search buttons are in working condition and the dial will scan for stations. HOWEVER BE ADVISED IT DOESNT ALWAYS STOP ON THE RADIO STATIONS LIKE IT SHOULD THOUGH!!!! But it does scan like it should. Sometimes the dial needs a little help to get to the very end of the scan function. Volume works, preset buttons work. Dial light works. Unsure of the volume increase distributor function though ( used in 57's) i never had a way to test that with it not being in the car. Please see all photos as they are part of the description and I want the buyer to be pleased with their purchase. Most of these radios are no longer working and are being sold as parts or non working units.... so pretty rare to fine one that can actually be used in your car. Ask any questions before purchase.
