Candle wax is not entirely smooth but appears to have been wiped down with cloth (see pics 8 & 9). Neither candle has ever been burned (see pics 6 & 7). Please zoom pictures for clarification. These candles are new, but I specified "Open Box" because of the appearance of the wax. The labels are faded but you can tell the fragrance is Evergreen 78448. The fragrance is still very strong. The jars are speckled silver inside and would make a beautiful dish for the bathroom or bedroom after the candle is burned down.
