You can see in the photos, the amazing shimmer of the Curly Maple grain catches the light and is mesmerizing as you move it back and forth! The natural curly figure of this maple goes from the pommel to the tip of the wand. The effect is stunning! I have used a very specific finishing protocol to protect the wood and highlight the depth of the Curly Maple figure. This smooth semi gloss finish makes it easy to see the figure as it travels from one side of the wand to the other. The high-quality finish can protect the wood for many years but you should keep it dry and protect it from scrapes and scuffs or drops to the floor. Of course, you also need to use the wand safely.
