Most cooktops come with a dual gas regulator that can be converted between natural gas and propane. Other manual adjustments might be necessary, so check your factory instruction manual. No other parts should be required to complete the conversion, so long as your stove uses a dual gas regulator. These orifices come with a #72 pilot hole, so they must be bored to suit your application. Seller will bore them to your specification for an additional fee, but you must contact seller prior to ordering, otherwise you will need to bore these yourself before your can use them.
