(not laser cut) They are non-adhesive, can be used multiple times & can be hand-washed. WE personally cut each stencil we list & sell. (solid colors we use are black, red, blue, orange, etc) Full Stencil Sheet Size Is: 8 1/2" x 11". Thickness Of Stencil Sheet: (.02 to .03) / 20 Mil to 30 Mil (approx. credit card thickness) If you have any questions on this item... please ask.
