On the title page there is a short hand written note at the top of it. Lightly soiled. Normal wear for a 98 year old book that was actually read! The embossed name and author on the spine of this book is lacking color. The embossing is still visible. On page 69 the upper 2 inches or so of the page is separated from the spine.
