Often when these fail, they are replaced with switch mode power supplies, which is not the correct supply, as it will cause issues with high score saving. Does your power board have burned input headers, as many of these do?? Does yours have the original filter capacitors still installed?? If so, then it's time to get these failure-prone parts replaced! With our service you pay one price and that's it, no hidden charges or fees, and we cover the return shipping (U.S. customers only). And yes, we also repair the game board if that needs repairing, with many of those repairs sold here on eBay!! Here's what is included with this service:1) Your power supply module will be repaired back to working status. Once everything is completed, the module will be run overnight to make sure all is good prior to shipping back to you. It will be hooked up on our test bench to a Williams power transformer and boardset, so that the proper load will be applied to it.2) All original snap-in fuse holders will be replaced. No more having oxidized connections between the fuse and the holder.3) The original electrolytic capacitors will be replaced with brand new ones. If yours are original, then it's just a matter of time until they fail, and the game will no longer boot.4) The headers that distribute the power will be replaced with Trifurcon headers to help share the power connection.5) The two 723 voltage regulators will be socketed, so that if they fail in the future, no desoldering will be required.6) We cover the return shipping if you're in the U.S., so you only pay for the shipping to us. Your module will be packaged well in a sturdy box, not a cheap "Priority Mail" box.Everything remains as it was from the factory, only with newer parts for reliability, so it will still be plug and play as it was before.
