Very clean and recently handbuilt by the shop where I bought it. The titanium spokes were factory heat-treated to give them a multicolored/ rainbow (tie-dye-) finish. Rim brake only. 32 spoke and Presta valve. Bearings and hub pawls excellent. Rim is in excellent, low mileage condition, and true within 1mm. Includes titanium skewer with red anodized lever. Maxxis tire is old/worn and included to protect rim in shipment. Includes low-mileage Shimano 8 speed 11-28 hyperglide cassette.
