Do not mix with water •One way ive seen it work with great succuss is since it is a powder it needs to be sprinkled on to the wet nail polish and then after it drys add another coat to protect it from chipping away. •Use in non-water based paint. •Paint over a white back ground which will enhance the visible glow. Painting glow paint over a black or dark surface will reduce the visible glow dramatically. •The Europium powder is quite heat resistant. It can be mixed with glaze and fired in kilns to make pottery & ceramic items alike.
