Overall condition: Very good, but slight wear. Maps: Very good. All the maps and plans remain in place. Very little wear. A small tear where it connects to book. Covers: Normal wear. Slight fading of the cover, spine and parts of the back cover. The front cover has a small area where it the red fabric cover has come apart from the board and there is a small patch were there may have been a sticker on the bottom of the front cover. The back bottom corner near spine is dented as if dropped. Spine: Very good. Very little wear. Superficial creasing. No markings or damage.Binding: Very good.
