The book has a square spine and the opening page shows Spaceship Earth with the teaser “The 21st Century begins on October 1, 1982.” It describes the wonders of EPCOT Center, and it is illustrated throughout with full-color reproductions of beautiful Walt Disney Imagineering art depicting the attractions of Future World and World Showcase, behind-the-scenes photographs, and sponsor pages. Five (5) opening-day Future World attractions are featured at the front followed by pages devoted to those to come: Horizons, "Opening 1983" and The Living Seas, "Opening 1984." Communicore closes the Future World section. A page announces the upcoming, but unrealized, World Showcase pavilions of Israel, Equatorial Africa, and Spain. Included is a "Magic Kingdom Club" two-sided printed letter and the envelope in which the Guide Book and letter were mailed to the recipient. The envelope was opened along the top; there is slight edge wear to the Guide Book: VERY FINE condition.
