It definitely needs a good polishing and cleaning. It still works great. The bottom should hold 16 oz up to the safety valve. I’m not entirely certain on this, it might be a couple of ounces less. It’s etched with the words Primula Express, Hecho en Venezuela. This is still could make a nice piece for your kitchen whether you use it or it’s just a decoration. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
