THE SMALLER CIRCLE IN THE MIDDLE THAT HAS THE SEAL ON IT IS A SEPARATE PIECE OF PAPER THAT WAS GLUED TO THE CARDBOARD. YOU CAN SEE THIS IN THE 4TH PHOTO.
