Description: These vintage Popeye, Olive Oyl & Swee’Pea rag dolls are handmade, possibly from the Popeye Family Pattern (see pics). (PLEASE NOTE: The pattern is not included.) They are all incredibly well made and sturdy and have no damage, just a few missing pieces. Popeye measures approximately 17” tall and is missing his hat. Olive Oyl is about 20” long and has a button missing on the side of one of her shoes (see pics). Swee’Pea measures approximately 10” long and is a shelf sitter, meaning his legs can not be extended. He also appears to be missing a cap. All their clothes are secured with snaps and are removable. Olive Oyl even has knickers under her skirt. The dolls are quite stiff and the attention to detail on each one is outstanding. A truly beautiful collection obviously made with a great deal of love. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
