Description: Vintage syrup or honey glass dispenser jar; clear glass with multi horizontal ribs near bottom. The lid is chrome plated metal; the chrome surface has quite a few very tiny raised spots---see photos. The handle appears to be a plastic or bakelite type material, painted green. The under side of the lid has all the maker info: made by Federal Tool Corp., Chicago, IL, Patent numbers, and the wording "Hot Water Will Free Sticky Slide". The slide does work very well.4 1/2" tall. It doesn't have volume size on the piece, but it looks like it would hold about a pint of syrup, give or take an ounce or so!
