The tag has light wear. There is a crease through the doll's picture and other small creases. The card includes 5 little bobby pins (bronze colored metal) and 1 wave clip (clamp that is silver colored metal). The front of the hang tag says : Dolly Wave Kit for Dressing Dolly's Hair : Made for Saran & Dynel Wigs. It can be WASHED, COMBED, CURLED, WAVED. There is a picture of a cute little doll up at the top of the card. The back side says Always Ask for Bobbie Smith Deluxe : Bobbie Pins, Hair Pins and Hair Nets / Lady Mervin Curl Clips and Wave Clips The five bobby pins are in good shape and look to have never been used. The silver metal clamp is marked : Pat No. 1889166 / Made in USA / MERVIN WAVE CLIP CO / NEW YORK CITY. The clamp measures to be around 2-1/4" long from side to side.
