These are older shackman collection pieces from the 1970s. Furniture, phone, and watering can all have Shackman labels on them. The food lot is a known Shackman set. All pieces are in excellent condition with just a hint of dust in the crevices, but the hutch does have a small chip in the wood in one corner. Please see photo. These minis were housed in room box that has been disassembled. The box and items in it were changed and edited over the years and some of the putty residue may remain on some pieces.
