Description: The little jars are very old and very high-quality bone china. They were made in Czechoslovakia by Victoria China. The lustreware glaze technique was popular in the art deco period of the 1930s.This iridescent set includes 4 jars with their original lids: Pepper, Cloves, Allspice and Ginger. Delightfully designed in a green and gold pattern, they are 3 1/2 inches tall and approx 2 1/4 inches square. They are marked on the base "Victoria China, Czechoslovakia". The pepper jar has a crack which is visible on the inside, but not from the outside (see last two photos). The other three jars have no cracks, chips, stains, etc.
