It is used with some normal use wear (see pictures), but still in good shape. See pictures for a small hole in the front of the shirt near the bottom left corner of the letter "S". It is marked as a size "Medium", however it is very tight and small. It probably fits more like a small today. It is very tight, so it would be tough for an adult today to wear this. It is made by Champion Products Inc in the USA (see pictures of tags). It is single stitch. I believe it dates back to the 1960's or 1970's. You get exactly what is pictured.
