They are made of heavy resin and metal. I think the beading is glass. These have holes for taper or dinner candles however, I think you could probably put a pillar candle in there if it’s the right size. On the largest candleholder, there is a ring missing on the beating however, it’s clipped in place. I don’t think it’s noticeable. Measurements The smaller candleholder is 14 1/4 inches in height.
