Description: Vintage Hand Painted Tea Pot Artists Signed Garson - Pakele Whimsical Design. This is an AMAZING piece of art work. So unique and interesting in design! Purchased from a beautiful estate full of many treasures. I marked this piece as "New (Other)" because it appears to be unused and still had the tag on the inside of pot. Believe by doing a bit of research that this may have been purchased in the 90's from the Animalia Gallery but can't say for sure. I do see one miss in the glaze on the edge of the spout. I don't think this is a chip but rather a small flaw possibly, but if so it is very surface, only removing a small bit of glaze. See close up photo. I did some research and found that Garson-Pakele is a husband and wife team that do many pottery pieces together out of a studio in Colorado. (or at least at the time of the article I read) Susan Garson and Tom Pakele are their names. They make beautiful pieces!! I don't even know how I would describe the patterns and scenes depicted on this fabulous piece so please view the pictures for your best description!
