The shell is genuine leather and the inside of the jacket has a zip-out faux fur lining that can be worn with or without by unzipping it. The small size tag reads size 46 (fits more like a men's Large or vintage XL), and we have given measurements because sizing varies from garment to garment.The leather has a couple very small nicks and marks on the fabric but nothing really noticeable.
