This is meant to be a replacement piece for the Spirit Of America 10 pc Porcelain Collectables Village manufactured by Santa's Best for retail distribution. It measures approx 4" x 3 1/2" square and 4 1/2" tall. You are receiving only the figure shown, it does not include the light/cord, box, other houses or any accessories. No chips, cracks or grazing is present. Expect some minor paint loss consistent with age. The photo of the box in the last frame is for reference only so you'll be sure to get the right piece for your set. Could also be a stand-alone piece but you will need to purchase a mini-light cord.
