Description: VTG 1973 St. Joe's Sausagefest Vancouver WA BEER MUG Pacific Stoneware B Welsh This is a beautiful pewter beer mug from the 1984 St. Joe's Sausagefest in Vancouver Washington. The "Sausagefest" was a 42 year tradition in Vancouver, that started in 1972 and ended finally 2014. It was held annually at the St. Joseph Catholic Parish, and had rides, a beer garden, talent shows, and of course food and sausage. We used to go for years, and miss it dearly. This mug is from the second year of the Sausagefest. This mug is a ceramic stoneware mug made by Pacific Stoneware Inc, in the US. It's signed by B Welsh, and I'm assuming that he designed the mug. It is in really good condition, and the flaws I can find are a couple of small chips and manufacturer flaws in the glaze. The worst chip is near the 1973, and some on the bottom. There are no cracks. The mug measures, 5 1/2 inches tall, and 4 inches bottom diameter, the mouth is 2 3/4 inches in diameter. This is a great historic mug, at a great price. Thanks for looking!
