This is vintage and pre-owned; Estate found. There is wear/tear and weathering/discoloration throughout consistent with the age of the piece. We plugged it in and received a dial tone; Its functionality hasn't been tested any further. Not sure if it is set up for calling out or just as an extension. Being sold exactly as pictured above.
