The set of 4 includes a clicker, paddle and 2 twist in back noisemakers. There is some light rust on the back of the clicker. Please view all photos as they are an important part of the description. There are 6 little party hats marked Japan. Although unused, they show signs of wear being 60 years plus old! The strings are loose and probably not functional.
