Description: Vintage nun's work pin, on red brocade fabric, satin ribbon bow at top, white dove of peace, sequin stars, gold braid. Small metal crucifix sewn onto back, and small pin in Polish - "League of the Rosary Hour". This came from a closed convent. It is a beautiful religious piece of folk art. The little dove is sewn on, and is probably plastic. It is a finer piece than the new "doves" that are made in China. (I have one that I compared it with; the one on the religious piece has a lot finer detail; see the last photo).
