For large items that require palletized delivery such as engines, gear box's and body panels are shipped with GPT Logistics Ltd. These items will be delivered within 48 hours and should be signed for. Failed delivery due to nobody there to sign will mean that the buyer must collect the pallet from the courier depot or incur a redelivery charge. Collections Items can be collected 09:00-16:30 Monday-Friday and 10:00-15:00 on Saturdays from our site in Baxenden, Accrington, BB5 2RT Damages All items must be checked on delivery whenever possible and any damage must be noted on the delivery note or refused and sent back with the driver. All deliveries that are received damaged must be reported within 48 hours. Any damaged item that is reported within the allotted time will be replaced wherever possible. If we are unable to replace the item, a refund will be issued once we have received the damaged item back and checked our security marks. Any postage costs will be refunded to the buyer. Please note that we cannot refund any labour costs or other damage caused by the use of our items. Returns If the item is not as described, damaged or faulty please contact us at your earliest convenience and in most cases, a full refund will be issued. However if a replacement is possible, this will be sent out with urgency. You have the right to cancel an online order for up to 30 days from the day of reception of your goods. You are required to notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your order within this time period. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. Warranty 3 Months WarrantyWe provide a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase on the following items: Engines Gearboxes Transfer boxes/Differentials Driveshafts Hubs Prop Shafts Steering Racks All engines and gearboxes must be installed by a qualified mechanic at an established garage, of which evidence of this may be requested in a returns case. Engines and gearboxes fitted by private individuals unfortunately will not be covered by our warranty. Engines & Gearboxes must be correctly fitted, this includes new cam & auxillary belts, oil, oil filters & spark plugs for all engines. Any failure to follow these terms will invalidate this warranty. We do not guarantee any ancillaries or bolt on engine parts such as, but not limited to: water pumps, oil pumps, timing belts/chains, gaskets, oil filters and fuel filters. Warranty terminates when the goods have been disassembled or the goods are damaged as a result of overheating or lack of lubrication. All other itemsWe provide a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase on all other used parts. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any expense incurred in the installation and/or removal of non-functional goods. We assume no responsibility for damaged caused by the use of our goods. We keep photos on file of all of our parts to ensure validity during returns cases and any deviations from these photos will result in a exemption of warranty.
