Description: This was my mother's hat, from the 1960's. It's either raffia or some other material that imitates straw.. There is a 3/4" black velvet band around the circumference. A double bow, made of the same strawlike material is at the center front of the hat. The height of the hat is 5", inner circumference measurement is: 21 1/2". Condition is excellent. Hat box not included.
