Description: White Milk Glass Pedestal Cake Plate 12" Diameter White milk glass pedestal cake plate, in good condition with no chips, or cracks. Maker, age, origin unknown. The cake plate has a scalloped edge with a raised decorative grape and leaf design. The pedestal bottom edge has the same raised design. The top of the plate does have a few lines from the mold when made. This can be seen when you hold the plate at an angle under the light, nothing major. Also on the underside of the pedestal there is a black mark. It must have been in the mold at the time it was made becauseI could not clean. This flaw does not show unless you flip over the plate.
