Model # is 60-12004 Comes with the mounts as shown This is not in very good looking shape, the lens has some small bubbles, it needs a very deep cleaning, and the surface has some small imperfections and surface rust on mounts. This would be ideal to restore. When I hold it up to look through it, as if it was on a gun, the cross hairs appear good.
