I believe the circumference in its natural state is around 18” This all said I know that if you work the wool you will be able to often stretch wool quite a bit past its current or relaxed size. Be sure to pull opposing and work the wool in a circular fashion. Pull turn pull turn etc… I included pics to show how many inches this is from one side of the opening to the next. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS to help with determining if this fits. Other than this above this is a beret in wonderful condition. There is a little bit of thread working undone from the sewn inner tag. Easily fixable by the most novice sewer.
