Description: Here is a great refrigerator water jug from the 1940's made by Universal Cambridge in the U.S.A.. These are getting more difficult to find, especially with the lid. This piece is 7 inches tall and width is 8 inches and depth is 3 1/2 inches. There is a great floral pattern on each side predominantly of zinnias. The color appears to be ivory. There are a few streaks/lines to back of neck, bottom of pitcher and under the flowers on one side of the pitcher. Colors are vibrant. There is minor crazing on the piece. All paint is intact. No nicks, chips or cracks. There is some cork loss to the lid but there is a good firm seal. See pictures. This is a very nice piece!
