Germany" on one side, and "1-1./4" on the other side, it measures 6-9/16" long, with a 3-15/16" wide edge, with a 1-5/16" X 2=13/16" poll, or end, with a 11/16" X 2" eye. it measures 5-7/16" long with a 3-3/8" wide edge, a 1-1/16" wide X 2-7/16" poll, or end, and a 5/8" X 1-11/16" eye. The edge is good, slightly rough, and will respond well to honing and sharpening by a experienced hand. It is in very good overall condition, with some splaying with a chip on the poll, as shown in the last two{2} pictures.
