Description: Bird and perches are in good condition. There is a small break in one of the rings on the cage. Does still wind and play chirps but does not move with the chirps. The bird does move freely so I am assuming the turning mechanism inside needs work. Does not have the little piece for the bottom of the cage to sit on.
