Vintage Tomy Omnibot Robot Voice Command Model 2010 1980s WORKS!

Description: This vintage Tomy Omnibot Robot Voice Command Model 2010 is a must-have for any toy collector or retro enthusiast. Made in Japan in 1985, this robot toy is a true gem from the past. With its classic design and retro theme, it's sure to bring back memories of childhood playtime. It works! I replaced the fuse and added a brand new 6V battery. The original charging adapter that came with it got really hot when I plugged it in, so I purchased a slip type 6V battery charger and charged the battery with that. I included the old charger as it is original, but I don't think it is working properly and wouldn't use it. The robot is in great condition with some minor surface wear like a few small abrasions. I don't think it was actually used as the cassette tray is still sealed with he original piece of cardboard. I used the remote and moved the robot around the floor, I spoke into the remote, and the mouth light flashed. I turned on the eye lights using the remote. The clock works also. I didn't open the cassette tray as it is still sealed from the manufacturer. I didn't try any voice commands, timers, training, etc. The only things I tested as described above. So I can't guarantee the additional items. It comes in its original box as well as the original shipping box. Both have damage and tears in them. It has all the packing materials inside the box, the serving tray, remote and cardboard home base (which was two small punctures in it). The instructions are missing, but there is a cool retro catalog. The remote as a section of age yellowing on the side. Please look at the photos for the condition. It requires x 2 AA batteries inside the Robot for the timer and x 4 AA for the remote. These are not included.
