Description: Vintage tiny etched 14K gold heart on a Tiffany & Co Elsa Peretti 15" gold chain. The chain has a small knot near the brand tag (one side is engraved "Peritti," and the opposite side is engraved "Tiffany & Company"). See photos. The heart measures 8mm x 8mm (5/16 in) and is probably solid, but there is no way to confirm this. The 14K marking is on the heart's loop. I cannot verify that the heart is from Tiffany's. The necklace was a gift to my baby daughter many years ago. The link chain is approximately 15 inches and is 1.6 mm (1/32 in) thick. The heart and the chain weigh 1.70 grams.
