Description: Here's a vintage Sterling silver native American trinket or pill box that is probably Navajo. The top is decorated with thunderbirds and geometric designs. The box has been polished. The pill box measures about 1¼ inches wide. It weighs 13 grams. The box is in good vintage condition with no repairs. I have only given it a light polish and there are a few spots remaining.
